Dream Team Honor Code

  • We see it as an honor to be part of the Life Church Dream Team so we can work together to impact lives for the Kingdom of God. As part of the Dream Team, we have increased recognition and, with that, a higher responsibility to reflect the goodness and character of God to those we serve.

  • As an essential part of the Life Church family, you have a responsibility to develop and exhibit mature Christian behavior. This should be the basic premise of your desire to participate in a servant-leader position here at Life Church. While serving the Body of Christ, you should strive to demonstrate Biblical standards in all situations.

  • As Christians, the way we present ourselves is of vital importance to the way others perceive Christ. Our conduct should never be an embarrassment to the Lord but should exemplify the best qualities as laid out in scripture.

  • Life Church servant-leaders should maintain a disciplined life of Bible reading and prayer. Because we represent not only Life Church but also Christ, we want to live a life that refrains from behaviors that would grieve the Holy Spirit and cause others to stumble.

  • While we consider serving on the Dream Team to be important, we know the well-being of each person is more important. If there are significant things that are limiting your life, we want to help you break through and accomplish all you can for the Kingdom.

  • By setting an example in speech and action, we encourage others to grow in Christ and become servant-leaders themselves. This way of life is measured by the heart and commitment of each person in the Life Church family. We should regard it as an essential part of our development, not as an imposition or restriction.
